The Sugars Photo Shoot
CK had the flu and was bedridden all weekend, but that didn't stop Gavin, myself, and all the ladies from attending the Shaun Sugars photo shoot at Nashoba Valley in Bolton, MA. Shaun was a bit nervous at the start of the shoot for two reasons -- 1) because his manager Tony Mento was stuck in Hollywood and 2) as Shaun says, "I don't like outdoor shots, because then I make Nature look bad, and Nature's one of my biggest fans, so in a way I'm disappointing my fans." But he fought through the angst and showed why he's one of music's true up-and-comers.
All the pictures and video will be posted to his MySpace page, YouTube, Flickr, and any other photo site that isn't worried about the massive amount of bandwidth The Sugars will consume.

Pondering his place in the universe.
His conclusion? Smack dib in the middle.

Time to make like a tomato, and ketchup
Ok, it's been a while. I reverted back to 4-year old status and hadn't said anything in months.

Items on today's ahh-jen-duh:
- Went to Aruba a few weeks ago for Robo's wedding. Robo got married? Yes, Robo got married. Even the parasailing boat dude couldn't believe it. Pictures of me, Samara, Robo, Aruba, and all will appear as soon as my mom and I hash out the technical details of her correctly giving me the right USB cable. Heh.
- CK updated his Seacrest-Out page. His hair nearly covers his face, which makes Gavin and I very happy.
- JazzBoston.org officially went live yesterday. *begin jazz hands* *end jazz hands*
- Gavin and I are duking it out in Employee #4 Tom's Yahoo fantasy football league. My team was hampered by Daunte Culpepper stinking up the joint, and Gavin's team was hurt by him missing the draft and having Yahoo pick for him, which resulted in half his roster already being on the IR before Game 1. It was pretty funny watching it develop.
- Because some idiot (me) booked a 10-hour layover in Miami on the way back from Aruba, we caught "The Guardian" and "The Departed" in a back-to-back movie marathon at the Dolphin Mall. Actually liked "The Guardian" more than I thought I would, and thought "The Departed" was great until the end....but still have to give it thumbs up based purely on the number of swear words in it.
- Meanwhile, Gavin finally saw "Crash" and didn't like it. This from a guy who has the extended DVD version of "The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai."
- Super-Duper Crank Mode has yielded to Duper Crank Mode. At this rate, we might not be working on X-mas Eve. Bonus.
