The Skeey Weeblo
People, let's face it the Internet has potential, but it's just not there yet. Sure, sharing information with scientists is great, and searching the Library of Congress archives is mind-blowing, but what we really need is a place where people can write a little about themselves. Or a lot about themselves. Or even a lot about a little! The options are endless.
Skeey will take the lead by focusing on several topics that simply aren't available elsewhere, namely:
- Reviews of movies, TV shows, music, video games, gadgets and software
- A workout and nutrition log
- Rants and raves about things that make us happy and sad
- Links to major Internet sites (!!!)
The only problem we faced is what to call this exciting new concept. We realized early on that it's a "weblog", but the name seems a bit too pedestrian for such a radical breakthrough. After days and weeks of wracking our brains, it came to us "weeblo". Its got it all short and sweet, sounds weird, and only two letters away from weblog. We defy anyone else to come up with a better name for it!
